  • Shipping Fees
    Overseas shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be charged separately.

  • Payment & Refund Policy
    All payments are non-refundable unless the item cannot be fulfilled by us.

  • Product Packaging
    The condition of the product box is not guaranteed.

  • Pre-Order Deposit Policy
    Deposits paid for pre-order items are non-refundable. If the remaining balance is not settled within 7 days from notification, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Product Information
    Please refer to the product description for the full price and estimated release or arrival date.

  • Shipping & Refunds
    Once an item has been fully paid for and shipped, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

How We Do It

Shipping & Handling 

  • Overseas shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be charged separately.  

  • All quoted shipping fees are estimates only. Final shipping costs will be confirmed once the product is released and ready to ship.

  • Customers are welcome to request a shipping fee quotation before making payment.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  

Packaging & Box Condition

  • All items will be carefully packed to ensure safe transit.

  • However, box condition is not guaranteed due to handling during shipping.

  • If the condition of the outer box is important for you, please contact us before placing your order.

Cancellations

  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled once the deposit has been paid. 

  • Orders for in-stock items may be canceled before shipment, subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Refund & Exchange 

  • All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the figure is defective or unavailable.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the item is deemed undeliverable or if the studio cancels the production.

Returns Policy 

  • Returns are not accepted for minor paint imperfections, small scratches, or box imperfections that do not affect the figure itself. 

  • If an item is significantly defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for assessment.

  • Approval of returns or replacements is subject to our evaluation and the availability of replacement stock.

  • Items that have been delivered and remain unopened or unreported for more than 3 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to broken parts or damage discovered later.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

About Our Policy

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier when necessary. 

  • If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, customers must provide clear photos and videos of:

    • The outer packaging ​

    • The item itself 

    • The shipping label​​
      within 72 hours of delivery for assessment.

  • Claims for broken or missing pieces are subject to a strict time limit. Any issues reported after the claim window has passed will not be accepted.​

  • Items that have been delivered and remain unopened or unreported beyond the stated claim period are not eligible for compensation, refunds, or replacements for broken or missing parts.

  • By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this warranty disclaimer.
